Lexi was hard at work this morning running at the Hamilton County Regional. She finished 8th overall and 1st as an individual, so she will advance to the Belleville Althoff Sectional next Saturday. You rock, Lexi!#herewego
Thanks to the Webber Township Fire Department for helping us with our final fire drill and teaching our kiddos about fire safety.
The Foods class had the home ec room smelling heavenly. Each station prepared a breakfast meal by following a recipe called “Heaven in a Skillet”.
This is Principal Appreciation Week! These two are great members of the BUSD team. Thanks to each of them for their commitment to our kids!
The administration was treated today for "Bosses Day!" The food was fantastic and the surprise was even better!

Saturday is going to be a great day in Bluford! The Ruritan Club is hosting their monthly breakfast from 7:00 - 9:00 and this is the month they split half of all the proceeds to Bluford Schools. Also, we are hosting our first cross country meet in over a decade. The race starts at 9:00, so come have breakfast and then cheer on the xc runners!

Although the Class of 2020 was unable to have their scheduled Prom, students voted to select senior prom attendants. The IDPH updated guidance for schools last Friday. This is good news as it allows our professional school nurse to determine exposure risk for students exhibiting any symptom. With this series of questions, students may not need to have a COVID test or be excluded for 10 days with the display of symptoms. The revised school plan can be found at the link below.
