Your Lady Trojans took down the Sandoval Lady Blackhawks tonight 46-43 at home.
Chloe King and Allie Smith led the balanced scoring effort with 14 each, with Smith shooting a perfect 100% from the field with four 3s and a 2.
Kadi Bain added 8 more, Shayla Brumley had 5, Emma Forristall had 3, and Laney Hails had 2.
Your lady trojans are now 3-1 one in their last 4 games with wins over Cobden, Elverado, and Sandoval.
Their next game is Saturday @ South Central(Farina).

Jefferson County CEO students stopped by Webber High School today to provide information about the program. Webber's own Sarah Myers O'Dell is part of the program and helped present the information to Juniors. This program teaches students about the world of entrepreneurship and business, and teaches them valuable skills to be successful in a variety of areas.
Kids Quest is cancelled for today.
On Wednesday, two more Bluford teams attended Brain Games at RLC. This time four 7th and four 8th grade students worked to compete in challenges ranging from academics to STEAM. They competed against 39 other teams.
Webber Trojans Baseball Players Informational meeting about the upcoming 2024 Spring Season will be held Thursday, February 8th at 5:30pm in the High School Lobby by the gym.
Anyone interested in playing this season needs to make arrangements to attend this meeting.
This will be a players only meeting. Once we get going we'll have a player and parent meeting at a later date.

The JH Boys will play Marissa on Saturday, February 3 at 5PM at Rend Lake College.
Today, two teams of 5th & 6th grade students competed in Brain Games at RLC. Team Binturong, which consisted of Tucker Banks, Izabel Andrews, Brayleigh Daniels, and Brett Snow brought home 4th place out of 38 teams. Their team will advance to the next round of Brain Games, which will compete in April.
I realize we have a conflict Sat. Feb 3, with our JH Boys playing at RLC 5:00 and our HS Boys playing here that same night at 5:00. I did my very best to either reschedule, move game times, try varsity only, you name it I tried it. Nothing worked so the decision was made to leave it as is. I am sorry for the inconvenience of this but I worked tirelessly on it and it got me back to where I started, sorry.
This can very well happen again Monday Feb 5, if our JH Boys win Saturday. HS Boys are at Z.R. that night. I just wish I had not lost my crystal ball and maybe I could have done better.

5Essentials Survey Parent Notification Letter. If any parent/guardian DOES NOT want their child to participate in the survey, please return this form to the office by Friday, February 2, 2024. The survey will be administered next week. It is for grades 4-12.

Our HS Boys and Girls Varsity BB teams play Tuesday night vs Elverado., 6:00 girls start.
That game had been scheduled to be played at the Ziegler-Royalton gym, their coop partner. It has been changed to Elverado gym same time.
Congratulations to Ms. Bock for receiving a Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce Teacher Grant! We appreciate the Chamber supporting our schools!
Great day Webber Nation. Started with a HOF ceremony at 10 00 that was fantastic. Next our HS Girls BB team picked up their second win of the season with a 42-38 triumph over Cobden. Then our JV BOYS BB team also defeated Cobden by a score of 58-26, and our varsity boys finished the trifecta by picking up their 20th win of the season 67-27. Excellent day to be a TROJAN fan!
