We started our family reading engagement program today. Every student in grades K-8 will receive a book each month. We encourage you to take some time this weekend to talk about the new book with your child.



Tis the season for some pumpkin pie! Foods class made pies from scratch today!




In the spirit of Halloween, 7th and 8th grade science students are building their very own “candy grabbing” robotic hands!



As we celebrate principal appreciation week, we thank our Dean of Students, Mr. Hodges for everything he does for our staff and students!


The 8th grade elective class was collecting animal track samples from around campus to identify today.

Lost and NOT Found: Anything look familiar? If so, have your child pick it up tomorrow. Parents, check out the pile to see if anything is your child's when you are here for parent teacher conferences. The pile is located down the west elementary hall (behind the GS office).




Just a reminder: 2:10 dismissal tomorrow 10/27 and Thursday, 10/28 for Parent Teacher Conferences. Also, there is NO SCHOOL on Friday, 10/29 due to a staff in-service day.

CC Results @ Benton Regional:
Today your Trojan and Lady Trojan CC teams made history down in a very hard Benton regional. Out of 19 teams represented(16 with team scores) your Webber CC teams had the boys qualify for sectionals with a placing of 6th and the girls had an individual qualifier in Alexis Johnson! Savanna Hulbert and Anna Frey saw their seasons come to an end but they went out in style with both of them running regional meet pr’s!
*please take note of the teams these kids have been racing against this season. In CC schools of 660 enrollment and under race in the same class of 1A. These kids have worked hard all season and have earned every personal record time and award they have gotten.

Bluford Schools is still in need of a paraprofessional and a special education teacher. See the attachment for more information.


Tristen Ayres, a representative from Rend Lake College, will be in the high school media center to help senior students and parents with questions they may have regarding the completion of their FAFSA. She will be available Wednesday, October 27 from 6-7 pm.


Jersie is the September student of the month at Webber High School. She is a responsible sophomore that is always willing to lend a helping hand. Jersie enjoys playing video games, watching her dogs, and drinking chocolate milk.
