Bowling Parents- wait that's not right, that connotates parents who bowl and that's not the group I'm trying to reach. Lets try this again. Parents of bowling team members. That's better. Wed. Feb 9, the bowling match has been postponed. We will have bowling practice that night. Kell will instead join our match with Spring Garden on Mon. Feb. 14.
Junior high students at BGS competed at bowling for the first time. It was a fun time!

Listen fast sports fans, lots to tell you. Pee Wee BB will be played Saturday as planned 10:00, but in HS gym. Girls HS BB at South Central Saturday is cancelled.
Boys JH State game 6 :15 at Pinckneyville HS is ON.

I'm sure it comes as no surprise, but Bluford Schools will be closed for a snow day on Friday, February 4. We will assess road conditions tomorrow to make a decision for Saturday's athletic contests.

The high school girls’ game tomorrow night (2/3/22) vs Sandoval has been postponed. They are rescheduled to play on Monday, February 7, instead of playing Brownstown. This will be SENIOR NIGHT.
Kids Quest Update per Ms. Gina - weather permitting Kids Quest will start back on February 10th, but after February 10th there will be no meetings again until March 10th. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Gina.
The weather is moving faster than expected, so we are going to move our dismissal up one hour to 1:00 p.m. All students will be dismissed at 1:00. Also, we are not sending students to Rend Lake today. Additionally, there will be no after school program and all PM activities are cancelled.
With the impending weather tomorrow, we will dismiss at 2:00 p.m. to stay ahead of the ice. The rest of the week doesn't look promising, so it would be best to line up child care if necessary. However, we will assess any potential cancellation for Thursday and Friday one day at a time.
