Webber High School won the Pepsi caps contest again! Four years in a row WHS has placed to earn money. This year, the grand prize was $6,000! Over the four years the school has won $21,000 thanks to the efforts of Ms. Marina Baine. Every dollar goes directly back to the kids!

We had three teachers surprised with grant money from the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, United Way and Women United yesterday! Dr Gordon, Mike Beard, Natalie Wellen, and Angela Schrum presented Ambur Withrow, April Flexter, and Debra Simmers with the money they were awarded. The grade school and high school libraries also received $400 each for the purchase of books.
JV game against Wayne City is underway. It’s 8th grade night so we will recognize our five 8th graders immediately following the JV game.

In honor of FFA week, 2nd grade has read "Serious Farm", colored tractors, and researched farm and agriculture.
