Bluford-Farrington Nation the hits just keep coming. This time our JH CC runners braved the scorching heat and our Varsity Boys finished first in the County Meet at the airport. Top 10 finishers on the day include Boys Varsity 1st place-Jacob Marlow, 2nd place -Benson Wright and 3rd place- Bryden Dalby and Lily Raines finished 3rd overall for the Girls Varsity. Great job Coach HP and kids. Bluford Nation is proud!

Guess what hoops nation, its basketball time once again. Now that Baseball, Softball, and Cross Country are winding down its time for the big round orange ball. JH Girls will have their tryouts Monday and Tuesday next week from 3:30-4:30 in the JH Gym. The boys will start with open gym/tryouts next week 3:15-5:15 in GS gym
GS boys (grades 5th-8th) basketball tryouts will be September 26th - September 30th from 3:10 - 5:00. Please contact Coach Marlow if you have questions. All participants must have a physical on file.

Sept 24 at Duquoin Fairgrounds, parking is $5, not Oct. 1 at Centralia Foundation Park. Sat. Sept 24, HS BB at Agape has been cancelled. And last but certainly not least, at last nights MTC meting we brought back the old HS VB Frosh/Soph Tournament. Remember those days? Of course you don't. It is Oct. 22, 2022 at Wayne City. Wew, I'm out of breath now. And there you have it in the sports world.
We are sharing an opportunity for the Affordable Connectivity Program. Because our school district participates in the Community Eligibility Program, all of our students qualify for this.

Sports Fans listen up: Thursday Sept 15th is JH SB 8th Grade Night at 4 30, We will honor our 4 graduating players and their parents around 4 20.
It is Regional time, what we play all year for (and you thought it was for the pop and nachos). Our JH BB team is hosting this years affair. We play 4:00 Mon. Sept 19 vs Field. The tournament continues Tue. Sept. 20, Thurs. Sept 22, and a champion will be crowned Mon. Sept 26.
On the SB side AT WOODLAWN, our gals play Tues. Sept.20 on the East Field in Woodlawn at 6:30. That tournament also has games on Thursday Sept. 22, and Friday Sept 23. Best of luck to our guys and dolls that have worked so hard to get where they are now. Go JR. Trojans, and JR. Lady Trojans!
